Free School Meals

🚨 Important Update: Free School Meals from September 2026 🚨

Changes are coming to Free School Meals (FSM) eligibility checking! All Paradigm academies in Suffolk now use the Suffolk County Council (SCC) service.

If your child received free school meals last term, their status must be re-confirmed before 1st September 2026 to ensure no disruption to their meals when the new term starts. Unconfirmed eligibility will end on 31/08/2026.

Key information for parents:

How to apply: Applications must be made directly online via the Suffolk County Council website. Paper forms are no longer accepted!

Multi-child applications: You can apply for all your children in one form, even if they attend different schools.

Instant status: You’ll get an immediate on-screen response confirming if your application was successful.

All Suffolk Paradigm academy families receiving Free School Meals must re-confirm eligibility before 1st September 2026 to avoid interruptions! All applications must be made online directly via Suffolk County Council (no paper forms).

If unconfirmed, FSM eligibility ends on 31/08/2026 and your child will not receive a FSM at the start of term.
