MCAS

My Child at School (MCAS) is an app which allows you to keep all the details we hold about your child up to date.

It is available for smartphone, tablet and PC, and you are able to use it to update us at any time, saving you time and making it easier than ever to keep us up to date. Once the changes have been accepted by the school, you will receive a confirmation email.

For you to be able to use MCAS, we need to hold an email address for you on our system, if we do not hold an email address on our system for you, please email us to tell us at info@ipswichacademy.org.uk including your child’s name and date of birth.

If you have already registered for MCAS, you are able to log on to confirm your details are correct at any time, making a no changes return if necessary, so that we know your details are up to date.

We are using MCAS as our default system for student data collection, we will send reminders every few months for you to check your details to make sure we have the most up to date details. If you do not have access to an online system to complete this, please contact us to discuss further.

Online Data Collecton
