Victoria Addis is the Careers Leader for Ipswich Academy.
Victoria is in school every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and helps support students explore the range of opportunities available to them, identify the best route for the students to take when they leave Ipswich Academy and encourage students to explore all their available options.
Victoria works with year 8 and 9 students preparing to make their GCSE options through to year 10 seeking work experience and the transitions of year 11.
Victoria has extensive knowledge of the local area and has excellent links with business, further education and higher education providers.
Careers work at Ipswich Academy is a priority throughout the school and Victoria is a keen advocate of students reaching their potential and will refer to the world of work, current employment trends and careers research.
